Appointments

We work by appointment to ensure

sufficient time is available to address

your health care concerns, and allow

Dr. Shippey to discuss his diagnosis

of your condition and his

treatment plan with you.

Please respect yourself and our other

patients by being on time for your

appointment. In those circumstances

where you cannot keep your

appointment, please provide our

offices with 24-hour notice so that

we may care for others.

In many cases, a series of treatments

may be needed to provide improvement

to a painful or otherwise activity limiting

condition. It is important that our patients

follow the prescribed treatment plan to

allow us to monitor progress and, if

necessary, to adjust the treatment to

ensure resolution of your condition.

Financial Agreement

To ensure our ability to provide continued

quality of care, payment is required at the

time of service.

For your convenience, we gladly accept

many major credit cards.

Insurance

We accept some insurance plans,

if we are not on your plan-we

furnish coded insurance

receipts and will otherwise assist

you in pursuing reimbursement.
